These materials will be used for overseas visitors to the Memorial Hall, distributed to VIPs visiting Nagasaki from overseas, for screening at overseas atomic bombing exhibitions and provided to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and United Nations etc. They will also be featured on the National Peace Memorial Halls for the Atomic Bomb Victims in Hiroshima and Nagasaki Global Network, a website jointly run by the Nagasaki and Hiroshima Memorial Halls, in order to spread our message around the world (in English, Chinese and Korean).

Operation of the National Peace Memorial Halls for the Atomic Bomb Victims in Hiroshima and Nagasaki Global Network website

The Memorial Halls in Nagasaki and Hiroshima jointly operate the Global Network website in an attempt to provide on a worldwide basis experiences of the atomic bombings and medical information etc., and to collaborate with peace-related organizations in Japan and overseas. It mainly features content on written records of atomic bombing experiences and testimonial videos translated into English, Chinese and Korean as well as other languages, and permanently provides information on the medical treatment for radiation sickness.
